• Fluent English (American Customer)
• Experience in the development of documentation (SRS, BRS, Use Cases & User Stories)
• Experience in an international business environment
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Understanding the client’s business objectives and translating them to the development team (ability to translate business requirements into functional product requirements)
• Ability to translate complex problems into a simple, well-designed user experience
• Ability to take an active part in UX/UI definition together with designers and stakeholders, knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma)
• Facilitating the requirements prioritization process
• Managing solution scope, establishing a change management process

Will Be a Plus

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with automotive (including marketing side)
