Diceus is looking for result-oriented and metrics-driven Digital Marketing Specialists with strong analytical skills to take the lead in all our inbound marketing activities. The primary responsibility is to contribute to the growth of the company by generating qualified inbound leads.
You will become an integral part of strategic marketing operations, work closely with Content, Design, and Research teams, and report directly to Chief Marketing Officer. You will manage the execution of content strategy for lead generation, become a product owner of all inbound marketing channels, supervise the development of all digital marketing assets, supervise and deliver everything related to conversion rate optimization, SEO, PPC, analytics.
Our ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing on international markets for the B2B sphere, understands how content strategy works, has hands-on experience in lead generation conversion optimization, analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns management, calculates ROI, and makes decisions.

Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2B,
- Minimum 3-year experience of search engine marketing required
- Experience in content marketing 3+ years
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional writing experience in advertising, or marketing
- 3 years’ experience in WordPress • Experience in outreach marketing 3+ years
- Strong English level (upper-intermediate or higher) • Experience with USA and UK markets
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong experience in launching AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Experience in managing external vendors effectively
- Experience working with IT outsourcing or IT products is preferred
- Experience in-service business for enterprises is preferred
- HubSpot experience and certification is preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
- Basic people management skills
