About the project
Our client is a company developing a Growth Management Platform that helps digital marketers drive growth across the funnel, from Acquisition to Activation, Retention, and Revenue. Leveraging real-time predictive segmentation powered by deep AI and ML capabilities, GMP empowers marketers to deliver personalized journeys across the web, mobile web, mobile apps, and ad channels.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and proactive Product UX/UI Designer. Your role will not be limited to designing prototypes and drawing wireframes with interactive flows. We need someone, who thinks about the process, business, cost, and brand itself. With us, you’ll be a contributor to strategic decisions, give and solicit feedback from other designers, and take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable solutions for users.

Requirements:
- Spoken English is a must.
- 5+ years of experience designing responsive web apps, websites, and design systems for a SaaS or similar product.
- A strong belief that “Showing is better than telling when it comes to UX”.
- Familiarity with Design systems, pattern libraries, Invision, Sketch, and Figma.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks so that you can communicate with engineers.
- Experience with remote testing tools like usertesting.com as well as conducting in-person tests.
- Experience with user testing methodologies – because you’ll play an active role in the UX audits of competitors and your own products.
Responsibilities:
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our billion users.
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch (and then some).
