Role outline 

We work with enterprise clients in banking, insurance, and technological companies. We are looking for a Sales Executive Lead that is obsessed with new deals and is ready to sign new contracts independently and with the help of the Sales Executive team. The DICEUS Sales Team is currently growing, and we are looking for a specialist who will be ready to engage in all customer-related processes:

  • Building a sales team to ensure the on-time delivery of KPIs
  • Lead generation marketing
  • Interacting with the Operations Manager to strengthen sales processes and tools
  • Interacting with the delivery team within pre-sales processes

The ideal candidate for this position should be customer-oriented, proactive, and result-oriented. You should show good leadership and be a team player, have good analytical skills, and be hard-working and responsible.

You’ll join a rapidly-growing sales team where you can make an impact. You’ll have the opportunity to close deals with large companies worldwide, helping them understand the benefits of DICEUS while building a deep knowledge of our services and the solutions we offer. 

You will initially report to the Head of the Sales and Marketing Department. 

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following targets and tasks: 

  • Achieve revenue targets and all key performance metrics
  • Expand sales department
  • Actively develop the team and possess People management competencies
  • Generate new business opportunities for new clients, forecasting, manage pipeline, opportunities, and other items
  • Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales process 
  • Develop and orchestrate sales presentations 
  • Establish relationships with VP/C-level buyers 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to new clients 
  • Identify high-value opportunities through strategic and targeted prospecting into large organizations 
  • Balance meeting sales targets with providing best-in-class customer experience and support 
  • Share ideas and coordinate with the marketing and delivery teams to discover new sales opportunities 
  • Suggest improvements to optimize the sales process for the team 

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience of IT outsourcing/outstaffing services 
  • 1+ year experience in a similar position
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets 
  • Fluent English 
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes 
  • Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills
