Challenge

Customers had a growing demand for a simple tool which would be easy to use for HR managers and recruiters. They needed a solution which would help modernize, automate, and streamline all the HR functions.

To create a simple online HR management online tool for managers and recruiters to handle onboarding, hiring and other HR-related processes as well as track and measure employees performance.

  • Our business analysts provided in-depth research of the business needs and planned what functionalities the product required. After that, we were able to make an estimation for the final product.
    Extracting the requirements of a desired software product is the first task in creating it. While customers probably believe they know what the software is to do, it may require skill and experience in software engineering to recognize incomplete, ambiguous or contradictory requirements.

  • Both sides have signed a SRS documentation for each iteration. This document was a basis for a legal agreement.
    The process of software development is built with agile approach. Our SDLC is always agile and is divided into the milestones that last 4 weeks. So, the customer was able to monitor each stage of the development.

  • The Minimum Viable Product stage requires having enough features to capture feedback that will drive the integration of new functionality through the “build-measure-learn” approach.
    So, after the specification and extracting the requirements, we defined all the steps the potential customer would take while using our product. After that, we developed a list of specific features for each stage to plan the product.
