Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization
- Prepare clear documentation, including specifications, workflow diagrams, data definitions, and process maps.
- Gather, structure, and document business and functional requirements for modular product components
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Break down and document requirements (Use Cases, User Stories, SRS);
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on user feedback and product metrics
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis;
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and business analysis processes;
- Confident in the classification and decomposition of requirements;
- Experience with Agile methodology;
- Strong skills in tools and techniques: UML diagrams, high-level use cases, Mindmaps, WBS, Gantt charts, Business analysis tools (hands-on experience);
- Experience in project estimations is a big plus;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
