About the project:
The Prospecting and Social Selling System is an all-in-one digital platform designed to empower automotive dealership sales staff with the tools they need to build and grow their business. Each salesperson receives a personal website, mobile app, video messaging, digital business card, social content, a T.O. (turnover) system, referral system, and a built-in competition module – all customizable to individual needs. Fully dealership-controlled, permission-based, and TCPA compliant, this system addresses many of the industry’s ongoing challenges and stands out as a powerful, modern sales and marketing solution for the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Development, QA, Design) to elicit, document, and clarify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate evolving business goals into clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and groom the product backlog in alignment with the Product Owner’s changing priorities.
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed scope changes and communicate their effect on timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to ensure correct technical understanding and feasibility of requirements.
- Support SCRUM ceremonies (refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos).
- Prepare wireframes, flow diagrams, and feature specifications when needed.
- Ensure business logic aligns with dealership workflows and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with QA to validate test cases and acceptance criteria.
Requirments:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment (preferably SaaS or enterprise platforms. Domains:insurance-logistics-automotive.
- Proven experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with dynamic scope and iterative delivery.
- Сommunication and stakeholder management skills, ability to handle frequent changes and reprioritization.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, data flow, and system integrations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.
- B2+ English (both written and verbal)
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail with a focus on business value delivery.
