  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively. 
  • Experience organizing and leading Agile/Scrum training sessions.

  • Demonstrated servant leadership qualities with a focus on supporting and enabling the team. 
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, both for the team and the Agile processes. 
  • Basic technical understanding to facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders. 
  • Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring their involvement in Agile processes.
