About the role:

We are looking for a Junior Assistant Accountant to join the DICEUS finance team and support accurate and timely financial operations in an IT company with a distributed team and regular financial transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciliation and analysis of financial transactions in accordance with internal rules and policies
  • Preparation of invoices for reporting purposes
  • Distribution of invoices to the team and responsible stakeholders
  • Communication with outsourced accounting providers on operational matters
  • Review of contracts for formal accuracy of financial data (amounts, currencies, payment details)
  • Uploading documentation via the Vchasno service and requesting documents through Diia
  • Collection and systematization of primary documentation (contracts, invoices, acts) for reporting purposes
  • Business trip support (document collection, initial review, preparation of reports using templates)
  • Interaction with internal teams on operational financial matters

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to documentation
  • Confidence working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the finance/accounting field
  • Experience with Vchasno and Diia services will be a plus
