About the project:

Our client operates in the insurance industry and provides a wide range of services, including motor insurance (MTPL, CASCO, accident insurance for drivers and passengers), property insurance, health insurance (corporate and travel), life insurance, and pension solutions.

The company has partnered with our team to implement an automated Corporate Data Warehouse (DWH) and analytics platform aimed at improving data management, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

The project focuses on building a centralized data environment using the Microsoft technology stack, enabling advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create data visualizations and analytical reports based on prepared data marts (5 key reports)
  • Gather and analyze requirements for analytical reporting
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and feasibility assessments
  • Design data models, dashboards, advanced visualizations, and automated notifications
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and forms
  • Ensure data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrections
  • Develop data marts to support complex analytical requirements
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in development, testing, and continuous improvement of the analytics solution

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (data models, dashboards, visualizations)
  • Experience working with the Microsoft technology stack
  • Experience in requirements gathering and analytical reporting design
  • Experience developing data marts for complex analytical scenarios
  • Strong understanding of data validation and data quality management
  • Experience preparing technical documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams during development and testing
