Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Assist in managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Mentorship & Growth: Work closely with a Senior Delivery Manager as a shadow and assistant to learn project and program delivery at a deep, strategic level.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and meticulous task tracking.
- Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities by assisting in the preparation of proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify delivery challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve internal best practices.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or management (preferred).
- Proactive Mindset: A “go-getter” attitude with the ability to take ownership and solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to express ideas clearly and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Adaptability: A fast learner capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with JIRA, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
- Result-Oriented: Strong work ethic with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
