About the project:

A web-based platform focused on leadership development and team performance, equipping individuals and organizations with tools to discover and align core values. It provides users with value analysis, team alignment features, and insights to strengthen collaboration, improve productivity, and foster leadership growth. The platform supports personal and organizational development, helping build purpose-driven teams and create conditions for both individual achievement and business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with a primary focus on React (frontend) and Node.js (backend), ensuring scalable architecture and smooth user experience.
  • Integrate AI-driven features using Python (e.g., FastAPI, LangChain, TensorFlow/PyTorch) to enhance automation and data processing capabilities.
  • Implement new features based on client requirements, following agile practices and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and stakeholders to gather feedback, propose improvements, and align development with business goals.
  • Containerize and manage applications using Docker, ensuring consistent environments and efficient deployments.
  • Work with MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and efficient querying.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests, following best practices for security, scalability, and code quality.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with proven production projects using React and Node.js (Python experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong expertise in React.js, including component-based architecture, hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and modern frontend tooling.
  • Solid experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS) for building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and real-time features.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for integrations, along with Docker for containerization and MySQL for database design and optimization.
  • Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps (repositories, CI/CD pipelines, boards) and modern deployment approaches (microservices, serverless, cloud environments).
  • Experience supporting and maintaining applications, with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and English level B2+ for client interactions.
  • Proven experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize code generation, refactoring, and accelerate full-stack delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); portfolio or GitHub with relevant projects is a plus.
