DICEUS has started its partnership journey with Claim Technology to build and maintain integrations for DICEUS’s Vitaminise digital products within the Claim Technology Insurtech Marketplace.
Vitaminise is a family of five software products for insurance companies to automate key insurance processes and improve customer engagement. The first product that will be integrated into Claim Technology’s insurtech marketplace is the Vitaminise Customer Feedback Tool. This solution enables companies to rapidly get customer feedback and reviews through customizable surveys after any customer interaction (claim submission, policy purchase, communication with medical assistance operator, etc.).
The request to leave feedback is sent to customers via email, SMS, or other channels like Claim Technology’s self-serve chatbot, for instance. An insurance company can ask clients to share their reviews on social media. Clients get specialized offerings, discounts, or other personalized gifts in return for providing feedback.
“The Vitaminise Customer Feedback Tool has helped our clients get a helicopter view of customer satisfaction and automate feedback publishing. In addition, the tool allows insurers to promote their products and service through positive reviews on social media and encourage more people to become their customers,” says DICEUS CEO Illia Pinchuk.
“By adding a customer feedback loop inside self-serve journeys created using Claim Technology’s no-code tooling, platform users will get a comprehensive view of customer satisfaction, automate review generation procedure, and be able to use data gathered for adjusting their cross/up-selling strategies and marketing efforts,” says Michael Lewis CEO, Claim Technology:
