OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and DICEUS established a partnership for website advancement 

November 2023 — The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) started collaborating with DICEUS, a custom software development company, to migrate its website from Content Management System Joomla version 3 to the latest version.   

Since 1990, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has worked hard on streamlining inter-parliamentary dialogue within 57 countries of Eurasia and North America. The organization is a regional structure under the Charter of the United Nations that plays an instrumental role in early conflict warning and prevention, risk management, and post-crisis rehabilitation worldwide. 

In today’s digital world, the challenge of OSCE PA is bringing together 323 parliamentarians from Europe, Asia, and North America and ensuring forums for inter-parliamentary communication, election observation, and strengthening global collaboration on economic, political, security, environmental, and human rights challenges. 

Understanding the need for a professional tech partner, OSCE PA chose DICEUS as a skilled vendor to execute its CMS migration project. As a result, DICEUS implemented the project focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness. The DICEUS Team updated website modules and extensions seamlessly with nearly zero downtime. Today, DICEUS continues to provide maintenance and support, including website speed optimization services.
