Project overview
We integrated the robotics process automation system for import/export operations in the bank. New tools can find, analyze, compare, and validate contract data, approve basic operations, and help employees stay away from manual work.
Business challenge
A large bank – our client in this case – faced many typical routine operations per day. All these tasks were handled by a large number of employees who validated data in import/export contracts. This manual flow led to high operational costs, human errors, limited capacity, and missing OLA on procedures throughput metrics.
Solution delivered
Developed by DICEUS, the RPA solution facilitates import/export processing. It aggregates data about the imports and exports from contracts, checks this information, and approves payments. It can compare data to ensure that information coincides. The solution helped to decrease FTE and eliminate the risk of human errors.
