IT consulting for Fadata’s insurance platform INSIS implementation

Project overview

DICEUS provides IT consulting services to Fadata Professional Services Department. The latter is responsible for implementing Fadata’s solution INSIS, an insurance process platform. Thus, DICEUS people work as a part of Fadata project teams, delivering services to different customers.

Business challenge

Fadata is growing and scaling up consultancy, building a more professional setting for support, and developing a digital learning and training experience for partners and customers. As a result, Fadata was looking for reliable partners that could be subcontractors or implementation partners when they reached a certain level. With partners, Fadata can fulfill all the customers’ implementation requests.

Technical challenges

Fadata’s product is very complex, so it takes a lot of time for our people to understand all the details and to figure out where to look when they have a task or a bug fix that needs to be done. For this collaboration, knowing the technology is not enough; they also need to understand the insurance domain and learn how Fadata’s product INSIS, which is rather complex, works. That is why our software engineers go through a comprehensive onboarding program, need to watch a lot of training videos, and read a lot of documentation. Moreover, they also perform some customer-facing activities, which is rare for IT roles.

Solution delivered

Three developers and a business consultant were provided from our side to work for Fadata Professional Services Department. Additional resources will help Fadata improve and speed up the solution implementation processes. In addition, having a reliable implementation partner positively affects Fadata’s relationships with its clients.
