We are looking for a CEO Operations Manager who will work directly with the CEO and help build a scalable, efficient, and high-performing organization.

Reporting Line:

Reports directly to the CEO.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to help the CEO transform strategy into execution.

You will coordinate strategic initiatives, improve internal operations, support corporate functions, and build management systems that enable DICEUS to scale successfully as a product company.

Responsibilities:

Executive Operations:

  • Support the CEO in executing strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the company.
  • Organize Executive Leadership meetings.
  • Track execution of management decisions.
  • Follow up on strategic action items.
  • Help prioritize company-wide initiatives.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and management summaries.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and help remove them.

Business Operations:

Help build and continuously improve the company’s operational management system by:

  • Improving business processes.
  • Documenting and optimizing workflows.
  • Supporting KPI and OKR management.
  • Coordinating operational improvements across departments.
  • Helping departments work together more effectively.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Supporting company-wide operational excellence initiatives.

Legal:

Coordinate the Legal function, including:

  • Contract administration.
  • Corporate documentation.
  • Compliance activities.
  • Company policies.
  • Coordination of external legal advisors.

Internal IT:

Coordinate internal IT operations, including:

  • Microsoft 365 administration.
  • User access management.
  • Employee hardware.
  • Internal software administration.
  • Internal cybersecurity coordination.
  • Business systems administration.

This role does not manage software development or product engineering.

Operations Department:

Lead and develop the Operations Department, responsible for:

  • Business Operations.
  • Sales Operations.
  • Delivery Operations.
  • Revenue Operations.
  • CRM Operations.
  • Resource Management.
  • Operational Reporting.
  • AI-driven Process Automation

Support the team in improving processes, delivering business insights, and enabling better management decisions.

AI & Process Automation:

Promote AI adoption across the company by:

  • Identifying automation opportunities.
  • Implementing AI tools into internal workflows.
  • Improving productivity.
  • Reducing manual work.
  • Helping departments leverage AI effectively.

Strategic Projects:

Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO, including:

  • Business transformation.
  • Organizational improvements.
  • International expansion initiatives.
  • Operational improvement projects.
  • Special CEO initiatives.

Leadership Responsibilities:

You will directly lead a corporate operations team of approximately 5–6 people, covering Operations, Legal, and Internal IT coordination.

Your role is not to perform every operational task personally, but to build an effective team, establish clear ownership, improve collaboration between departments, and create scalable management processes that support the company’s growth.

You will coach and develop your team, promote accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Management.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments.
  • Experience in improving business processes.
  • Experience working in a technology company is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, IT Services, or Insurance Technology is an advantage, but not required.
