DICEUS enters the Japanese market, sets new partnerships

DICEUS participated in the Ukrainian-Japanese IT collaboration meeting on February 19. We presented our services and Ukraine as a prominent outsourcing destination for foreign partners. Particularly, that became possible thanks to active cooperation between DICEUS and Sakura Communication, a software development and consulting business from Japan.

The second round of the international collaboration took place in Tokyo. The DICEUS team included Iryna Chubur, CMO, and Andrii Bohoslov, Sales Executive. Mainly, participants were presenting their cases on-site but we joined remotely. All attendees were able to discover DICEUS and Ukraine thanks to educational brochures and the presentation. It unveiled the company’s experience in finance, insurance, and healthcare, as well as end-to-end outsourcing skills.

Specially for this meeting, DICEUS organized a live office tour from our headquarters in Kyiv and our branded corporate video. Next meetings are already planned. DICEUS will nurture the Ukrainian-Japanese IT cooperation to enable more beneficial experience and knowledge exchange.

Despite the strong cultural differences, IT businesses in Ukraine and Japan share the same goals and values. Yuichi Suzuki, the President of Sakura Communication, explains his vision of digital transformation:

“The purpose of our IT industry is to transform the world sustainably. I think that there is a way to evolve by eliminating waste, improving efficiency, and reducing the burden. Rationalization and humanness. These two may be contradictory words. However, I think that we need to rethink humanity as we enter the new IT era. We will respect these two values and seek ways to face modern IT. Moreover, communication will be a significant aspect of the balance between these two aspects”.

As long as the team works with outsourcing firms from Vietnam, Pakistan, and India, it’s also looking for a better benefit-cost ratio with a higher quality of services. DICEUS wants to help partners, delivering the needed knowledge and experience in various domains. A pilot outsourcing project is already finished with great results.

Iryna Chubur shared her impressions from the collaboration and expressed hope for future partnerships:

“Japan is an extremely promising market for us. We feel that can help our Japanese partners in different aspects of the IT industry and digital transformation”.
